Weitz Digital Hub is driven by a clear vision: digitization must be understandable, feasible, and effective. This is the vision of founder and managing director Philipp Weitz, who has worked as a project manager and consultant in the international IT sector for over 12 years. His expertise from over 120 projects in sectors such as construction, automotive, food, energy, and industrials forms the foundation of WDH.

 

But Weitz Digital Hub is more than just a consultancy. Behind the name stands a growing network of experienced freelancers, solution architects, project managers, and industry partners who share one thing: the commitment to implementing digitalization sustainably and on equal terms.

As a long-time project manager in international IT and transformation projects, Philipp Weitz knows the challenges that digitalization brings with it in practice: organizational, technological, and human.

His expertise covers the entire project lifecycle:
from the tender and presales phase through solution design and implementation to the hypercare phase and rollout support.

Our CEO has been working with the core components of the Microsoft stack for many years, particularly in medium-sized system landscapes with complex requirements.

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)

  • SharePoint & Shareflex for document management and business processes

  • Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Planner for project management

  • Various integrations with ERP, DMS and accounting systems (including DATEV, Continia, Lucanet, OPplus)

Philipp Weitz's project experience spans numerous sectors: from industry, construction and automotive to energy, trade and the food industry.

He was involved in, among other things:

  • the introduction of Dynamics BC & CE in the manufacturing industry

  • the implementation of group-wide rollouts in the automotive supply industry

  • the digitalization of back office and service teams in the energy sector

  • the integration of ERP and CRM systems in construction and residential building companies

  • the development of customer-specific portal solutions with Power Pages
